    Fill in the application at the foot of this page with the plan and the lease term you want, or join the waitlist for a plan that takes one.

  2. Pay the application fee

    Everyone who applies pays their own application fee.

    • Application fee: $75 per person

  3. Answer the roommate questionnaire, or name your group

    Tell us how you live and we'll match you with roommates. Applying with friends? Name each other on your applications instead.

  4. Add a guarantor, or pay a second deposit

    A parent or guardian can guarantee your lease. No guarantor? Pay a second security deposit instead, or apply with a guarantor service.

    Only without a guarantor

    • Second deposit (no guarantor): $300 per person

  5. Sign your lease online

    Once you're approved, sign your lease online.

    Due once you're approved

    • Administrative fee: $200 per person

    Due at move-in

    • Security deposit: $300 per person

Sign a Fall 2027 lease by November 30, 2026 and we waive the $200 administrative fee.
