- Academic lease: 9 equal monthly installments
- Late fee: $50 each time rent is late
Electricity is included up to $30 per bed a month; anything over is split evenly among the apartment's residents and billed with rent.
Repairs
Emergency
Call 911 first.
Fire, smoke, a gas smell, a flood or someone hurt: call 911, then tell the office.
For anything else, ask in the resident portal, or call or email the office with your apartment number and what needs fixing.
Subleasing
Can I sublease?
Yes, with our approval: your subtenant applies like anyone else, and you stay on the lease until they sign.
