Who we are
This is the website of Tandem Gainesville, 1850 SW Cypress Row, Gainesville, FL 32608, professionally managed by Fieldline Living (“we”). This policy covers what you send us through the site and what the site counts when you visit.
What the forms collect
Only what you type into a form and send, with the page you sent it from and the time. Each form asks for:
- A tour request
- Your name, email and phone, and if you add them, the day you'd like to visit, the floor plan you'd like to see and a message.
- A message to the office
- Your name and email, and if you add them, your phone, your move-in date and a message.
- An application
- Your name, email and phone, and if you add them, the floor plan and lease term you want, the names of anyone applying with you, how your lease will be guaranteed (a parent or guardian, a second deposit or a guarantor service) and a message.
An AI assistant you use can send these same forms for you. It sends what the form asks for.
No form on this site asks for your Social Security number, your income or your payment details.
Visits and the find bar
When you open a page, the service that runs this site counts the visit: the page, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, and your rough location (country, region and city) from your connection. It also counts when a form is sent and when a phone, email or outside link is followed. It does this without a cookie and doesn't keep your IP address.
What you type into the find bar at the foot of the page is kept with the answer the site found, so we can see what people ask and answer it better. Please don't type personal details there.
Why we use it
To do what you asked: arrange your tour, answer your message or start your application, and keep a record that you asked. We count visits to see which pages people use and fix what doesn't work. We don't sell what you send us, and we don't use it to advertise to you.
Who sees it
The leasing team at Tandem Gainesville and the Fieldline Living staff who manage the community. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.
Clutch, the service that runs this website, stores the forms and the visit counts for us.
How long we keep it
What you send through a form, for 12 months after we last hear from you. If you sign a lease, what the lease needs is kept for as long as the law requires.
Visit counts and what's typed into the find bar, for up to three months.
Ask to see it or delete it
Email leasing@livetandem.example, call (352) 555-0147 or ask at the office, with the name and email you used. Within 30 days we'll show you what we hold, or delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
Changes to this policy
When it changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
